Thanks, Jim.
I got a bunch of errors too...  The configure didn't get
beyond about 40 lines before it started complaining. (SuSe
7.3).

Maybe I'll be able to get to Saturday's meeting.  If there are
still some SuSe 8.0 copies around I'd sure appreciate one. 
I've been wanting to upgrade, but haven't been catching any
fish!
