[juneau-lug] Open dates at the Mendenhall Library

Nels says he can't make Sun mornings or Sat 18.  I can't make anything after 
the 26th.

Meeting time negotiations seem to take as long as the meetings, so I hope this 
will quicken things if everyone posts a time[s] or day[s] they can't or don't 
want to make.

I visited the library and they do have facilities for food and drink so my 
offer to provide some of those still stands.
