[juneau-lug] October meeting

Assuming there are no objections, this afternoon I am going to reserve the
valley meeting room at the library for October's meeting, which is on the
20th.  I know there was talk about meeting at the university, but from
reading old mail, that didn't look like anything was nailed down.
