Setting up an NTP server for the LUG has been brought up a couple of
times. NTP would probably be good, because you can pick and choose
which articles to read instead of being force fed everything on the
mailing list. Then when I go on a licensing rant we don't have people
unsubscribing. (Well, OK - one person, each time & I don't know it was
related.)

Personally, I prefer news over any of the PHP web forum sites - the web
sites seem slow & hard to navigate to me.

Anyone with the interest & a static IP want to get a news server going?

Cheers,

James
