Nels,

We use NCD X Terminals here at SEARHC (though we are phasing them out in 
favor of Sunrays and MS-Windows XP PCs (ugh)).  We have a little 
experience in setting them up and configuring them.

The link James sent out is a very good place to start, with boot images 
and excellent instructions.  If you run into specific problems, I may be 
able to help a little bit.
