City facilities are dependent on Kevin's schedule.  Downtown library is
easy (the downtown conference rooms are not as fully booked as the
valley one).

Majority wins for the meeting location.  The date will be hashed out
when we see where the choices are grouped and whether or not people can
adjust.  So far Tuesday, Oct. 22nd has been proposed, so that is the
'default' choice if nobody else votes.

Please vote on a location and date.

Location choices:  downtown or valley
Date choices:      give us the date that works best for you.  Multiple
dates are fine.
