The "old" schedule was the last Thursday of the month, at the Mendenhall
Library.  We tried to keep to that schedule for pretty much the first
year, until there were more people complaining about not being able to
make the meeting than actually attended.

As long as someone is willing to reserve the various library conference
rooms well in advance (three or four weeks) they are usually available.
