[juneau-lug] Meeting Flyer

I modified one of the previous meeting flyers in Open Office and saved 
it as a html document.

Open Office does a pretty good job on the save-as. I fixed a couple of 
glitches, but I left the border for now, so it doesn't look as good as 
it does in Writer. Should I add anything else?
