I'm seeing beaucoup bad SSH login attempts, it's been happening forever...as will be the case when one is allowing SSH in. I remember seeing something about making the SSH daemon wait 2 seconds...then 4 seconds...then 8 seconds ...then 16 seconds.. on bad password attempts. Anyone know how that's done? A change in the ssh config? Or a login script change or sumfin' ? Perhaps I'm misunderstanding who is responsible for generating the bad password login delay ? Any pointers much appreciated. ------------------------------------ The Juneau Linux Users Group -- http://www.juneau-lug.org This is the Juneau-LUG mailing list.
