I've heard good things about spry, and they are located in the westin building as well. I was looking at going with spry their bandwidth is GREAT through peer1(maybe others?) and directly on the seattle exchange. (fast times to both ACS and GCI :) ). Unfortunately I would have ended up paying 3-5 times as much through spry as through one of their competitors. But there virtual servers look like a great option.
