[juneau-lug] K Menubar Settings - How to Return to Default ?

RH7.3 and all up to date.
KDE is up to date too.

If I log into the console as my non-priveledged user, my
K menubar at the bottom of the screen is at defaults and
everything is fine.

If I log in as root, my K menubar is messed up over at
the right hand side. I've clutzed on the mouse and now
I have 4 little vertical bars instead of the standard items.
I can click the little bars...the menubar shifts right or left
and I can still get to the items in the menubar.

What file holds the K menubar prefs?
I want to just locate the non-priveledged user K menubar
prefs file and use it to replace my root user menubar prefs.
Or at least be able to compare the 2 files and find the differences.
