I too have a server hosted in Seattle. I used to work for a large
Hosting Provider when I was there and I get free hosting for life pretty
much.

However. It is nice to have something local that you can depend on
someone being there to reboot it when it has a problem, or so you can do
maintence on it your self.

We have the BXB connection through ACS, this is synchronis. and it can
grow to however much bandwidth we need on it. We already have several
sites and services hosted on this connection. It is a very stable
connection and I cannot even think of one time it has gone down.
Everytime we add a new service to this we add another MB to the line.

We are also working on setting up a Wireless Backbone all throughout
Juneau that we plan to let customers jump on for offsite backups and
hosted services. We will also allow them to use this connection for
internet services and such. We also plan on allowing some Point to Point
services with business's that are Spread accross town.

Pretty kewl stuff!

Chris Ruschmann
