FYI I think that's a really neat project;  I know I would have gone for this
a few years ago if it was available.  I already colocated my server in
seattle though.
You should setup local mirrors for some of the more popular distros to save
bandwidth.  One thing I hate about ACS though is that first initial PPPOE
hop..  did you manage to get off of the PPPOE connection and on a real
connection and is the connection synchronous or asynchronous.
