This is an excellent topic.  How much time would you need to get ready for
it?

It looks like I might have an unavoidable conflict on June 14/15, so we'd
need to set up the meeting for Sunday, June 16.

Is that acceptable to everyone?  Or we can do Saturday, June 22.
