Thanks Jacob,

Actually I'm now a PPC refuge from the Apple move to
x86.  This Intel decision has brought forward a new
motivation for my exploring Linux.

Out of curiosity, would installing Linux on something
like an Apple iBook make for a good topic?   I haven't
had any success doing that, and was thinking maybe the
group could assist in that endeavor.
