If this is going to be a dedicated "learning" box for promoting linux
usage;  I'd have to say anyone who comes to a meeting / is on the list
should get an account if wanted.
just a FYI currently people that can change the website are me, Jamie, you,
and I think Jake.

maybe a bit off-topic but the latest version of etch has a really nice
encrypted filesystem built right into the installer.

(also I offer accounts on my high bandwidth hardened co-located uber gentoo
box in seattle for people in the lug who wants them).
