No, the State kept the wheels.  I've been on the lookout for them, but 
whichever department surplused the ML530s probably has them in a junk drawer 
somewhere.  A couple of 2x4 sections would be great to keep air underneath 
it.

If we only need a 2 second runtime, UPS shouldn't be too much trouble.  The 
power supplies aren't that bad -- they're actually only 450W units.  There 
are two of them, and it looks like I could put another in.  You only need one 
to run the box.  

Most of the case is air, and I think the weight comes from the heavy metal 
chassis that has supports for everything inside.  So the clear plastic 
airflow guide over the CPU's has a metal mounting bracket.  The CD is in it's 
own compartment, separated from the second drive cage.  Since everything 
comes apart, there is a very substantial superstructure in the case.  They 
just don't make 'em like this anymore.  :)
