[juneau-lug] Gimp 2.0

Well, I installed the Gimp 2.0. Luckily, there were FC1 rpms available. 
Still had to chase down a couple others to satisfy dependancies.

The interface is very different in looks and function. I could try to 
explain it, but the changes PDF does a better job. One thing that I 
noticed is that it loads real quick. I have only had time to dabble with 
it a little bit, but I like what I have seen so far. I hope the Gimp 
Users Manual is updated for 2.0. Better yet, I hope the Grokking the 
Gimp gets an update!

I will send an update after I have had more time with it.
