Hi

Is anyone else interested in getting some of the little 50MB business
card size CDs? If I get a spindle, would anyone be interested in buying
some from me? They seem to run about $35 to $45 per hundred for a
spindle of shiny disks (no printable surface, no jewel case, et cetera),
so I'm guessing that I'll be able to get them here for around 50 cents
each.

I've been wanting to get some for a while now. I plan to use some for
sending photos and christmas cards to friends and relations, and they
would be a great way to distribute resumes, publications, projects and
so on to prospective clients and employers. They're also great for
rescue CDs.

I have a copy of an older Linuxcare bootable business card CD, and it's
great. The newer ones are even nicer, and I have burned one of them
onto a regular CD, but it isn't nearly so handy. The format really does
matter on these.

We could probably modify one of the little 50MB ISOs to have our
information on it, and maybe some sort of useful specialization or
localization. It might be useful, and I don't think it would be a huge
project. I wonder if we could make some pretty lables for the little
disks, and whether we would need or want to?
