hello,
  i heard of your group from steve parsons-who was ,at least last time i tried 
to call him ,out of the country.....i am wondering if any could tell me of a 
flavor of linux that would work with a risc 6000 platform,as i have several  
and also what is an inexpensive -and more importantly,useable sound card with 
linux........-rh8 running on a 686(ibm pl300 chassis).....any info will be 
appreciated.....have the rh on the better halfs computer while still using the 
handiwork of Mrs.Gates boy on my own machine for the present-the sound issue 
being a major issue.........thanks,lance
