My 2 cents would be that at a JLUG meeting I'd rather hear what other 
folks are doing, how they are using linux, what they've learned, and 
similar, rather than watching a video that I can easily do on my own.

Also I've found videos on YouTube sereral years old, so I don't think 
there is a high necessity to capture them, unless for offline use.  The 
software version demo'd will probably be out of date by the time they 
get purged anyway.

Maybe the question to all the folks on this list is: what topics are of 
interest to you?  And do you want to teach or learn?
