Well, time to think about December.

I'm busy the first weekend (6-8th), and I have a feeling that a few
people will be busy or out of town towards the end of the month as
well.

That leaves the weekend of the 13-15th as the best option. I believe
that UAS finals should be done by the 14th, so if we don't have people
with a Saturday final we should be OK. Earlier in the week would
better for sean. Will anyone still be in town that weekend? The next
weekend, 20-22nd is probably too close to Christmas (unless you want
an excuse to get away from it all by then). Personally, I will be
available on that weekend although I may be busy on the 20th (my
birthday).

We've already had some proposals for meeting topics, posted on the web
page. At last night's meeting, Kevin was talking about integrating
Samba into an NT 4 domain & the various problems with user logins.
Myron said that he would be willing to demonstrate some of the things
that he's done with PAM at the next meeting. If there are any others
with experience integrating Samba servers with NT4 domain user logins,
speak up.

Also, we should probably have a fun topic as well - something not too
serious & easy to do. I'd volunteer to set up a box to play nethack
on. For users that are used to playing games on a GUI only, nethack
is a hack & slash dungeon game that you play using a text terminal.
SSH works great for playing nethack. It is mildly addictive. :)

Cheers,

James
