Jacob, if you can bring in a Mac OS 8.1 or better CD then we can
format your drive with the proper A/UX partitions and install BootX.
I've never had a problem with BootX, but then I've never installed
Linux on an old-world box newer than an 8500, using 7.5.3. Could be
that BootX has problems with later versions of Mac OS. The problem
with Mac OS 8 & higher is that you should have a license for it - so
you're probably best off with a 9.1 CD since that is the version of
the OS on the machine right now.

I'll bring in my 8500 so you can see how BootX works.

Cheers,

James
