Toby wants to make sure we have a booth next year - I think it's a good
idea as well.  This takes place in February, so we don't have a lot of
time to get our act together.  Anyone have any idea how much it costs to
register a booth?  Anything more than a few hundred dollars is too much
when you consider that we'll have to build (& buy materials for) the booth
itself.    If we're going to be there, we need to present a good,
professional image.  This is important enough that we should probably
start actively planning, and not blow it off like we did at the meeting.

Toby, can you come up with a rough draft of what we should be thinking of
doing?

I have some ideas, but I'd like to see how much actual interest there is
in this.  It's not something that one or two of us can put together, just
considering keeping the booth staffed at all times unless someone doesn't
have a Real Life or can get vacation time to do it (I don't think I'll be
eligible for vacation time by then - I'll just be getting off my probation
period at work).
