[juneau-lug] Clubhouse

Two thoughts

At the meeting someone or other suggested that we rent a place for equipment
storage and maybe meetings.  I found a potential location downtown. I think
it's something like 200 or 300 square feet for like $250/month. There's also
a big fat fiber pipe (turned off right now). I'll look into it some more, if
you guys want.

Also, I think we should have some kind of a 'fun' activity to get some new
members. Not necessarily linux related. Any ideas?
