[juneau-lug] Re: Anybody on ACS DSL having issues lately?

How about GCI and cable?  I thought it was GCI's problem (my provider).  
Sunday was the pits.  I was whacking my cable modem and router until my 
wife reported the same problems at the federal bldg.  When I sniffed 
packets it was 98% ARP's.  Same ones over and over.  What does that 
indicate?
