Hi,
I'm 99% sure this isn't possible directly from Sonar. However, you could rig
it up using a couple of bits of freeware: MIDI-Ox provides a virtual
keyboard which you could connect to Sonar using LoopMIDI (a virtual MIDI
cable) and that would do the job.
