I have also contacted them for 2 times. but they even did not give me any reply. I think, CakeTalking users are facing the same. if I am right then, they can contact dancing dots about this issue. if Dancing dots contact Freedom Scientific, then, they will try to fix it.I don't think that, this issue is related to the either JSonar or CakeTalking. otherwise, Victor or somebody else would already fix it.

Well, for the presets I usually have to arrow up and down without hearing the different presets from JAWS, but I can read them on my Braille display. Then I hit enter when I'm on the one I want and JAWS will speak it. I suppose one could also use the JAWS cursor. Not the best, but it works. I don't like switching back and forth between JAWS 12 and JAWS 13, but sometimes I'm tempted to do that. In general, though, for other applications, I like JAWS 13 and like to keep up with the latest fixes and updates in JAWS, so I mostly run JAWS 13 and put up with these annoyances until they, hopefully, get fixed. Perhaps if more of us would write to FS about these issues with JAWS 13 that would help. I've contacted them many times about this. --Pete -----Original Message----- From: jsonar-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jsonar-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Christian Sent: Thursday, May 10, 2012 1:44 PM To: jsonar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx; jsonar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jsonar] Re: JAWS 13 and Sonar again Hi Pete, Many thanks for your reply. OK, so how do you do then if you want to select a preset? Maybe I should install JAWS 12 also so I can use Sonar like I do now before upgrading. The way I usually get around this is to hit the WindowsKey after entering text into an edit field - this gets me to the Windows Start menu. Then I hit the WindowsKey again and this puts me back in Sonar and then I am able to arrow through the track fields as usual. This is a bit of a nuisance, but it seems to work. More annoyingly, a similar issue seems to occur when arrowing through presets in many of the FX plug-ins. With JAWS 12 I could hear each item as I arrowed up and down the list. With JAWS 13, however, navigation through the presets list seems to be broken. So, JAWS 13 is useable, but JAWS 12 seemed to work better in these regards. Hope that helps. --Pete -----Original Message----- From: jsonar-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jsonar-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Christian Sent: Thursday, May 10, 2012 1:08 PM To: jsonar@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jsonar] JAWS 13 and Sonar again Hi all, I am upgrading to Windows 7 and I am wondering if the latest update of JAWS 13 has the same issues as previous versions of JAWS 13 like when typing into an edit field and after pressing enter it doesn't return the focus to the track pane. I have been using JAWS 12 now just for that reason.
