Our client, located in Hebron, Kentucky, is searching for an Administrative 
Manager to join their busy office staff. This is a terrific opportunity for a 
professional ready to move ahead with a growing and stable company. The 
Administrative Manager is responsible for human resources, basic finance and 
accounting work, and overall office management.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses experience applying general human 
resources practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of 
major administrative functions. The Administrative Manager will oversee the 
successful coordination of the administrative and financial activities of the 
company including organizing and maintaining company records, handling staffing 
and issues related to policies and procedures, recording accounts 
payables/receivables and ensure timely invoicing of customers. This role is 
responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies 
and handling vendor contracts, as well as reporting and managing the payroll 
services and contract labor billings. Will also occasionally assist with 
presentations and must be able to maintain a neat and orderly office 
environment with the desire and flexibility to take on added responsibilities 
as needed.

The ideal candidate must have solid human resources and/or accounting skills as 
well as:

?       Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, Accounting or Human Resources
?       5-7 years related experience in human resources, accounting/finance and 
administration with a stable work and attendance history
?       Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication 
?       Attention to detail and extremely organized with a desire for meeting 
?       Confident self-starter with the ability to work with minimal direction
?       Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

The position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $50k and
