Essentially,yes but actually a Script language in more precise. Its executive.
What I was refering to is a little more of a ASCII text file and a graphic
viewer. But a web browser would do (likely better). I was being a little more
abstract from web browser in precisely for offline usuage. Now this isn't much
parsay. But this would do and I'll work on setting up HTML. Perfer to not use
Frames and Templates.
