[joey] Joey server User Interface

With all the parameters going in the App.config xml file, the old form
with the parameters become useless. It's raise two questions :
- should we provide an interface to set all the parameters more
easily than editing the xml file ?
- what interface should have the server ? I have tried a simple
console interface (dos like), it's usefull to write real time trace to
show what the server is doing.
