Hi all,
First off, I want to let you all know that I beat Awesome homer about 5 minutes
ago, so it is possible to beat. but, it is no doubt easy. Level 1 and 7 are my
favorites, but 2 and 4 are pretty cool. Level 6 is okay but the layout is
confusing. At least Jim kindly gave us a spoiler. *smile*
Level 3 is very easy, and 5 is downright frustrating. Any tips to make it any
easier?
I'm planning on doing a complete walkthrough of the game to explain how to do
everything. The instructions in the game itself are kind of vague, which is a
good thing. But making a walkthrough would give me something to do. I'll let
you all know when it's finished and see how many people actually want it.
I won't be sharing my logs yet since they are miserable, well at least some
parts are. I'll wait and get better first.
My only suggestions are, maybe level 5 could be toned down a bit for people
like myself who don't have any patience lol. And when you get killed on a
level, it should just read the statistics for that level and not the whole log
for that game. That way I know what I got killed by right away.
I've been thinking about my idea of playing multiple games where it gets harder
each time, and I thought of something else. When you finish a game, it asks you
if you want to play again with a higher difficulty. Things would be faster, or
more inteligent. The cave level would be harder to change since it's just a
maise, but still. If you said yes to play a more difficult game, you'd start
back over and try and add to your score with a harder game. You also wouldn't
need separate records for single games and multiple games, because how far
you'd take it would be up to you.
Thanks Jim for the awesome game! Can't wait to see what you do next!
