There is still plenty there for me to learn too.
 
I'm currently having problems with a radio for the Tiger Moth. The gauge is
perfect in the 2D cockpit but in the VC the frequency text is oversize and
you only see part of it. I'm not sure why this happens.

Yes, and on page 14 of tutorial 1 I found !s! - as we guessed, this is an
instruction to output a string. Explained at last!
 
I had not referred back to these before as they are somewhat verbose;
something more like XML Gauges for Dummies would suit me!
