I'm not sure here, but my distant memory of programming would indicate you
have established an exclusion rectangle using <ExclusionRectangle> and are
then embedding another at the end, never closing either.  Should the final
<ExclusionRectangle> be </ExclusionRectangle> instead?

Ignore the fact that I've omitted the W in the tenth line. With that in
place it still isn't a viable .xml.
