That controller should be brought up on report. 'Flight Level two zero zero'
is the correct way to say it, at least it is here in North America.
I used FPI this afternoon (EGNS-EGBG) and I think there were even fewer than 6. Because of the disappointing FPI traffic I flew with VATSIM this evening (EGNS-EGQL) - ATC was quite daunting at times. One of the other pilots got a blasting for referring to FL200 as 'two-zero-zero' instead of 'two hundred' by one punctilious controller.
