I used Sandra for many years but as each upgrade came out they seemed to block further sections from the freeware version. I didn't suggest it because I wasn't sure the USB section had gone the same way. I must get another copy. bones -----Original Message----- From: jhb_airlines-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb_airlines-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of FrankTurley@xxxxxxx Sent: 16 December 2006 15:42 To: jhb_airlines@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb_airlines] Re: USB Disk Drives Taking on board the advice on the USB site I have downloaded and installed SiSoft Sandra Lite. It didn't work at first, I had to additionally install EMAC? from Microsoft to get it to work. Its now telling me my Root Hub USB Port 2 is USB Version 2.00, Speed is High (480Mbps) I guess that means I can expect a quick access with a Hi-Speed USB Disk Drive. Frank T.
