  I used a different installation folder. I didn't accept the default
because my C drive isn't big enough and all my FS stuff is on F:.

    I am running Express on a dedicated Flying machine i.e. No ATOC Install.

    the atoc_url.ini is in C:\Program Files\FlightProject\FPINetwork folder,
not the MAIN folder
