I changed to that and started ATOC. It still came up with the Unable to
update server etc etc warning but when I clicked on Try Again it seemed to
work this time.
 
Positioned over to Beirut and immediately saw Paul on approach and then Mike
Brook. Mike could see me and Paul too but Paul couldn't see either of us.

I should also have said I have the IP url0=213.158.118.63 also

I am running Express on a dedicated Flying machine i.e. No ATOC Install.

the atoc_url.ini is in C:\Program Files\FlightProject\FPINetwork folder, not
the MAIN folder
