I've revised the files for IVAO, they now explain how to configure for use
whith Teamspeak instead.

These instructions lose me when they refer to configuring IPI Voice
Client.  I don't see how these relate to Teamspeak - can you clarify
please?  Also, as I understand it, we only have one channel with TS, so
presumably I should be trying to program only one PTT button?
