The question mark is only there because you haven't got a thumbnail shot of 
the aircraft. Take a screenshot, chop it down to 256 x 128 and save as 
thumbnail. jpg in the aircraft's texture folder. If you have several 
variants you need a screenshot for each.

In FS9 I use the Aerodesigns' A320 and A340. I loaded the A340 into FSX 
yesterday, after ensuring all its gauges were present in its Panel folder. 
Apart from having to snction the loading of every single gauge, one off I 
hope, it loaded OK. I see, or don't, that third party aircraft are shown in 
the menu with a big question mark.
