I installed it on FS9, on my old machine, and seem to recall it offers a
Default re install facillity. Although I've got the demo active on the
new machine, it's only by pointing at the old scenery folder, still with
default textures. I'll have a look at IOW, later.
Good point. I presume there isn't an easy uninstall procedure for the demo as it replaces core FS files.

I'd been thinking of trying the IOW Demo in FSX but may hold off. It involves changing to their excellent UK objects but installing the Horizon objects, later, might be a recipe for confusion.
If anyone downloaded the VFR Add-Ons Isle of Wight demo scenery then it appears to work very well in FSX. See the thread at http://www.visualflight.co.uk/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=6316
Note that there seems to be some need for carefully setting this up.
