If routing from DCS to IOM on W911D then Scottish Centre will hand you over
to me on the drop to FL70. I just radar vector you to the ILS or, if the
weather is good, I can offer a visual approach if you prefer this.

So if I'm coming down from Carlisle and am flying at FL80 over the Irish
Sea IFR say 20DME outbound from DCS tracking IOM on something 240 degrees
(can't remember the exact QDM), what instructions should I expect from
Ronaldsway Radar or Approach?
