I'll add to the congrats list I've still not got children. Well, none of my
own. Though Tracy insist on calling me her children's step-dad. So that's
six by proxy, though none living with us.

It could be worse, I keep expecting that knock at the door...

I fear that fear places me in a similar position.

SWMBO is off to choir but number two daughter is with us, before leaving for
a job in NZ. The words "you won't be leaving her to watch the game on her
own, will you?", I can't yet decide whether a question, a rhetorical
question, or a naked threat!

I have been told by Tracy that she has invited a couple of her friends to
watch the match. The phrase "you're not gonna be rude and P*** off upstairs

are you?" was uttered. I felt like saying 'I'm not being rude, I didn't
invite them' but felt better of it.

Looks as though house politics is required. Sorry Frank, Bones, John et al
but I'm gonna have to watch football and then sound as though I appreciate
the finer points of the English defensive system or whatever.

Meanwhile Wales are about to kick off on sky...

As it is footie night, I will take a chance, and log in around 19:30 local,
and take it from there.
