My thought too. Sorry for the delay but I had to watch The Who..

I've posted a letter at VFR with the screenshot in the hope someone has
spotted this. I'm just wondering what we have put on our systems that cause
the textures not to load/show.

Exactly what I found.
I'm sure it's not always been like that but can't think how VFRGM
textures can be made to disappear. Excludes shouldn't shift them?
