My last fulltime working day is Aug 29th.Guess what! I've just been told I owe the firm £383 because they paid me an advance to change from paying me fortnightly to monthly pay 10 years ago and on top of that they have just sent a letter saying I also owe them £34+ for taking 5.25 hrs excess holiday time when they flipping told me what I was entitled to take which I duly took. They could have given me that as a leaving present after 25yrs with them!Well that's my last wage halfed. The County admitted last year [in a roundabout way] that for years they had under paid us in comparison to the private sector so made a paymentlump sum to cover 6 yrs when it should have covered more years.To get that lump sum we had to sign up not to pursue them otherwise they would hold on to it with a court action resulting along delay in paying up.We chose to cut and run since we could be dead and cremated by the time it would be sorted.I enjoyed my work but they've sowered things abit with that sort of thing. You got to chose your style of wording carefully on this list, there is some right nutters here.

Mind you, is does make for some light reading.

Sometimes it gets a bit too heavy, for those of us who are not into coding.

I have still got to paint one half of the ceiling, The other half has to be textured and painted, and that is over the computor equipment.

Nice to be retired, I am really enjoying it. Not long for you now??

Good luck with the paper hanging, just bought mine.

Your aircraft settings are a lot lower than mine, hence the lower fuel
burn, your flight time the same, my climb to cruise was nearly half yours
(2000fpm).

I could have bettered, I think, offline with weather clear, but wanted a
more realistic run, that consistant headwind hammered it.

EGNS-BIRK looks feasable, just.

more varied.

I still do not think the condition lever are doing their job, could be I

am still on high idle, as evident with the high taxi speed.

I have a payware Dash 8 for FS9, and bringing the levers down makes a difference, taxi speed is controllable with throttles only, on the ident

the Dash stops without brakes.

Will have a look through the AC config file and see if I can spot it.

Compared to

FS9 offline CAVOK

Trip time 01:37  fuel used 160G.

climb power 1600/torque 90/FF4.8
Cruise power 1400/torque 70/FF3.5

Note: for power levers on 1400, they are on the bottom Ident, not tried
pulling right down to feather

Idle levers on low for TO and cruise and descent, on high for landing

Many thanks for instruction and advise, much appreciated, results will
be
logged.

Will now go for the long trip 800-1000nm, and see how the fuel burn
stacks
up.
