Put it down to the price of freedom Fred. Although it's a bit of a cheek to reclaim the £383 after 10 years, if they are owed it then they are entitled to claim it. At least they are not charging interest on the loan! The holiday entitlement is mean, if they said you were entitled to it then they should stand by that and not recoup the monies. I wouldn't let it get to you though, just put it down to the price of freedom and may your retirement be long and happy! I've just been told I owe the firm £383 because they paid me an advance to change from paying me fortnightly to monthly pay 10 years ago and on top of that they have justsent a letter saying I also owe them £34+ for taking 5.25 hrs excess holidaytime when they flipping told me what I was entitled to take which I duly took. They could have given me that as a leaving present after 25yrs with them!Well that's my last wage halfed. The County admitted last year [in a roundabout way] that for years they had under paid us in comparison to theprivate sector so made a paymentlump sum to cover 6 yrs when it should have covered more years. To get that lump sum we had to sign up not to pursue themotherwise they would hold on to it with a court action resulting along delayin paying up.We chose to cut and run since we could be dead and cremated bythe time it would be sorted.I enjoyed my work but they've sowered thingsabit with that sort of thing. Anyways I'll be doing my thing after next Fri.Fred----- Original Message ----- From: "F FISHER" <ffisher991@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <jhb_airlines@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, August 23, 2008 8:52 PM Subject: [jhb_airlines] Re: B350You got to chose your style of wording carefully on this list, there is some right nutters here. Mind you, is does make for some light reading. Sometimes it gets a bit too heavy, for those of us who are not into coding. I have still got to paint one half of the ceiling, The other half has to be textured and painted, and that is over the computor equipment. Nice to be retired, I am really enjoying it. Not long for you now?? Your aircraft settings are a lot lower than mine, hence the lower fuel burn, your flight time the same, my climb to cruise was nearly half yours (2000fpm). I could have bettered, I think, offline with weather clear, but wanted a more realistic run, that consistant headwind hammered it. EGNS-BIRK looks feasable, just. I still do not think the condition lever are doing their job, could be Iam still on high idle, as evident with the high taxi speed.I have a payware Dash 8 for FS9, and bringing the levers down makes adifference, taxi speed is controllable with throttles only, on the identthe Dash stops without brakes. Will have a look through the AC config file and see if I can spot it.Frank F----- Original Message ----- From: "Bones" <bones@xxxxxxx>To: <jhb_airlines@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, August 21, 2008 10:33 PM Subject: [jhb_airlines] Re: B350Looking better. If you can keep fuel burn down to those figures it should give you a 6.1hr endurance which is roughly a 1500nm range. bones bones@xxxxxxx http://woodair.net -----Original Message----- From: jhb_airlines-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jhb_airlines-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of F FISHER Sent: 21 August 2008 21:55 To: jhb_airlines@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [jhb_airlines] B350 EGHI-EGEC FSX + IVAO and online WX.
