Just spent a pleasant couple of hours, sitting by 07 threshold, at Jurby,
watching visitors
to tomorrows aishow, landing on 25. Having dug out the seldom used scanner, I
was
able to listen to arrivals. Just like our MP sessions really, with some
arrivals sounding
more apprehensive than do we!
Topically, a very nice Chipmunk arrived. So too a Vereaze. I read that Burt
Rutan and
his orbiter pilot will be here tomorrow.
'Tis, as they say, a rotten job, etc, etc. Don't believe a word of it; it's the
best job I've
ever had.
