An early morning check on my lists and folders shows Wing hasn't yet been done.

I have as active, FARMS FSX and Farms FS9 Plus. Farms FSX was the last project I did, in February 2007. Farms FS9 Plus was the first batch taken from those done for FS9 and updated to run in FSX, when it was launched. A check on the lists included with this weeks downloads shows it isn't mentioned.

I've now got another of 10 farms under way, for AG conversion, and I'll include Wing in that.

Mount Rule, I've realised, won't be in your download or have any trees at the moment. Finger trouble on my part as, on my setup, I'd moved it to an IOM folder. It can be downloaded from the link below. Apologies to all. Just add the two .bgl files to your FARMS FSX's Scenery folder. Bear with me on the trees, as they will be included in the IOM Aotogen that is also being planted as we speak.

Checking the files against my Farms FSX set I seem to be short of Mount Rule and Wing Farm?

Sorry, I'm a sad case, I've been checking lists and stuff all my life, can't seem to break the habit.....

I've finished replacing trees with AG trees, in the version of farmstrips wot I wrote specifically for FSX.

Please read the ReadMe, from which you will see that instead of modifying any existing version you may have, it's less fraught to scrap it and replace with the version in the download.

I think FT's initial impression coincides with my own, that the AG not only helps framerates but improves the look of the scenery.

If you have any problems installing the AG files to an orthodox Horizon setup, dare I suggest that since he's managed to do it, FT's your man.

Having lit blue touch paper he retires, hastily.
