Hi, Roden.  Does the jaws cursor go on while you're typing your message?   How 
do you send it once you have checked to see if it's right?

  Usually, the "Frame" you heard is the place where you can type your message.  
JAWS cannot refrain the message you wrote.  But, you can go back and check 
after you turn off the virtual cursor off.  Once the virtual cursor is turned 
off, you can go to your message and check it if it is right.  You can use your 
Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook if you want.
