I have e-mailed them about this, and also discussed the problem on the phone.
Basically, what I got was a verbal shrug of the shoulder, and a statement saying we can't do anything about the problem now, so sorry.
I had another problem with focus issues, and got the same basic response.Getting very close to switching over to a Mac for my main computer, and scrapping Jaws altogether, but I hesitate since that may bring on additional problems that are yet unknown to me.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm terribly disappointed with Jaws 11, and the response I've been getting from at least some FS Tech support folks I have dealt with.
